A week in the Aeolian Island discovering the slow life
23 -29 June 2024
TRIP DESCRIPTION
Escape to Stromboli, a small volcanic island in the Tyrrhenian sea in Sicily. All inclusive creative retreat for maximum relaxation. We’re all about the joy of shared, hands on eating experiences, exploring the nature and culture of this magical island, and creating an atmosphere of unhurried pleasure.
Stromboli is a throwback to simpler times, where the only way to move around is in ape cars or on foot. It's where Rossellini and Bergman's romance blossomed during the filming of "Stromboli" in 1950.
The day can begin with the indulgence of the best cornetto filled with fresh ricotta, a Sicilian specialty. Later, the fishermen head out in small boats to set their nets and reel in the catch of the day, offering visitors a chance to experience the thrill of the sea. As one wanders, encounters with nuns at night after their procession are not uncommon. Lost in the cobblestone alleyways, enveloped in the fragrance of nighttime jasmine...
ACCOMODATION
Join us in a villa overlooking the sea, with private beach access and a beautiful garden. There is a courtyard in the middle of the villa where meals will be shared communally. The villa is our refuge and our anchor as you explore the island at your leisure.

Currently divided into five apartments, the property is surrounded by the lush garden adorned with Mulberry trees, Palms, Orange trees, and over 50 olive trees.
Includes accommodation, daily activities, and a special gastronomic experience. All rooms have private bathroom.
